  • The Bridge Cafe is a nonprofit social enterprise cafe run by Restorative Partners.
  • A business whose primary purpose is addressing a social challenge, rather than creating profit for owners or shareholders.
  • On-the-job training and certification for justice-involved individuals in partnership with Cuesta College. This creates employment options to the clients we serve and others who are justice-involved.

Our Approach

Restorative Partners practices Restorative justice, an approach to crime - or wrongdoing - that centers on:

  • The harm that has been done to people and relationships
  • The obligations and responsibilities this harm creates
  • Justice that involves wrongdoers, victims and community members in efforts to heal the harm and right the wrong
