Mentorship Program
It Takes A Village
Our Mentorship Program is one of our most valued programs.

Reentry Mentorship Program
We match adults in San Luis Obispo County who are on probation, parole, or have a prison history with volunteer mentors who engage in positive, pro-social activities and assist the mentee in their transition for one year. Mentors can be an emotional support system and help you meet your post-release goals such as:
- Finding employment
- Finding permanent housing
- Meeting probation/parole requirements
- Staying sober
- Finding new hobbies to spend free time
The mentor/mentee partnership will formally last for one year. Your mentor would be meeting with you for at least 4-6 hours a month, or 3 times a month.
Anyone in SLO County with a history of criminal justice involvement can apply to be mentored. You do not need to have a prior relationship with Restorative Partners or be enrolled in other Restorative Partners programs to receive a mentor.
If you are interested participating in the mentorship program, please fill out the Mentee Interest Form below.
If you have any questions about the program, please contact us at (805) 242-1272 ext. 169 or mentorship@restorativepartners.org
